Roomie's experience with a one month (and a half) of clean sober time is taken from my own (from many many years ago)! And indeed, I think I had drank a Cuvée des Trolls beer after that one month without alcohol and it was really good. Especially in an environment where I didn't feel like drinking more would necessarily do anything. Just tasting a good beer was enough.
