The most precious and sacred of all treasures could indeed be yourself! 

We're most harsh upon ourselves, treating ourselves as if we had the whole world on our shoulders. Trying to prove to the people around us we're not half-bad. And we're not!

Giving ourselves the patience and time to figure things out is already half the battle towards self-understanding, and self-love.
