Honestly, my first reaction to rereading that first strip is: that was a really good first strip. I'm still very proud of how I made it work, and the idea behind it. Don't have anything to criticize on that one :) (maybe could've drawn tiny Evelyne a little differently so the silhouette's a bit clearer)

And Lillian's constant "yawn, I can ignore you pretty much forever" is fun to see. It's interesting to see her react differently to the two people who crash into her home seemingly randomly and seek her attention. (one being Evelyne, and the other being Roomie of course) (though there might be others coming soon to crash in) (well when I say soon... in 5 chapters or so?)

I wonder what the idea was behind giving Lillian a warm beanie hat to wear. Was it to represent winter time? I remember thinking about seasons a few times in GGaR, about how many days, weeks, months it's been since the first strip, etc. Didn't really have any absolute answer in the end, GGaR was always blurry when it came to time and place. It was more or less done on purpose :) and I think that for this comic in particular, it didn't really matter.

My new comic however...

--> This is a rerun of the finished webcomic Go Get a Roomie! You can find these two strips in the old archive >here<!
