Love seeing Roomie in the place of the shy and blushing girl, don't you? 

I think a few readers thought they had slept together at that point, as in having sex, and I do get why they might have thought that but it ain't so :)

Here this is just Roomie realizing that Lillian fully accepted, AND reciprocated, Roomie's romantic feelings for her, and what with Roomie's dream of Lillian literally stealing her heart, she's feeling just a little frightened at what comes next.
