Changing isn't easy sometimes! It's a work in progress! And in my experience it's best to give yourself a lot of love, rather than a lot of guilt, so the change takes place faster (and in better conditions!)

Also, that dream was inspired by one I had a long while ago, with people I knew all around me in a circle and then pushing me down with their hands and it was oppressing as fuck and IT SUCKED :D

..but had stuff to tell me.
