Back to Go Get a Roomie!, that first strip came out of nowhere, if I remember correctly, when writing it down. But as random as it was, I felt it was still a cute, very representative, moment between the two, so I kept it :)

And the "tree" was a throwback to yesterday's strips and I thought it was clever of me ;) Especially since I didn't do much of those. I'm pretty sure it was improvised on the spot as well, meaning that when writing the script for yesterday's strips I probably had no clue I would do any throwbacks later on. Sometimes I was a lucky artist with good instincts and not much planning ahead. The comic that was GGaR made it work... most of the times :)
